Impact Statement
It is my personal mission or sankulpa to encourage personal and collective expansion by cultivating focus through invigorating yoga postures.
Before teaching, it took some bravery to step away from a home-directed practice and walk into a studio. Idioms aside, showing up can be the hardest part. By acknowledging that I prioritized my practice and scheduled plans around yoga. Then a visceral shift happened.
The lens I once had about presence, strength, proprioception and health become reinvented. Embracing patience in my practice and relishing gratitude in the smallest of victories flipped my world.
